In the DSP&P Forum, Daniel Sheffer gave the answer I was looking for in this previous post about the present ownership of the Jefferson Depot as of 2015.
"The Jefferson Depot is now part of the Hungry Moose Caboose restaurant. It serves as the indoor eating area and I believe that they now have a bar in the freight section. They have fixed up the inside and there are photos throughout showing scenes of the DSP&P/C&S. The only issue I have with what they have done is the set of double doors that have been installed on the freight section that looks pretty ungainly. Other than that it looks pretty good and you can now go inside whenever they are open."
