Following the C&S from Midway Tank to rock wall (video)

Part 3 of this video series follows the DSP&P/C&S route from the ruins of Midway water tank to a large rock wall constructed to support the railroad's right-of-way on the mountainside.  The approximate site of Valley Spur as well as rock cribbing on the uphill side constructed by the South Park Line are also pointed out.  Quotes from historian and author of Historic Alpine Tunnel Dow Helmers when visiting in the 1960's, 53 years after abandonment, as well as quotes from Charles C. Squire, who recounts a trip in 1897, and a Denver newsman who rode the train in 1882 are interspersed.
